Hi,
I have been using SmartFTP for some time now. I have installed it on a server runing Small Business 2003 now when I add a file to the queue, when the elapsed time hits 10 minutes it drops and reconnects. I also have a desktop that is running XP and the same thing happens. They are both on the same network. I have replaced the router but that did not seem to help. Any ideas?

Hello ..

You may want to enable "Send NOOP during transfers" in the favorite settings: FTP->Transfer dialog.

Hi,
I don't see the option you are sugesting. If I go under tools--> settings, I didn't see it and I also checked under favorites --> edit favorites. Am I looking in the right place?
