Transfer Failed

i am having this problem with smartftp i don't know is the problem with the server or my computer every time i am able to connect to the server but when i wanted to upload a file under the log there will be this message "Transfer failed. Use the Transfer Queue for automatic retries." what happen ?

please reply back to me as i am on a project .

Please post the log and use the Transfer Queue as the log recommends.

but the program just keep uploading the file and failed every time how ? :
