sp2 failing on me

so i dl sp2 and get ready to install it but *ding* errors in all of my downloaded copys of sp2. i have tried more than 10 times getting this to install. please tell me what is going on. thanks in advance

I'm not sure how the SP2 for Windows is related to SmartFTP?
