The server I connect to has many files with version numbers on them. When I copy them over, I'd like to ignore the version number and simply copy the main filename, this would save me loads of time renaming them in order to get windows to recognize the files as texts, dats, etc.
Example:
Server filename: myserverfile.txt;1
Copied filename: myserverfile.txt
I've searched high and low for a setting to allow this to happen, but can't locate it. Any suggestions?
