Will not Start

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!
I have just installed smartftp and me trouble is that it will not start... I have the install folder in place the icon but it will not start.....

same thing I was wanting to buy this but now I don't guess I will unless I can get it running....... I had it before and always like it but for some reason it just will not start

I have did all that but it didn't help.... samething...

I have did something dumb I went in a did buy a copy of this It still want work and I have not gotten anything from SmartFTP..... anybody know what I should do now.... please help

It is working GREAT now and I am very happy.... however, it wouldn't now work as a free program...........................
