File exist gone in newest 2.5 beta builds?

It appears that the file exist rule editor, as well as ALL of the sub-categories of the 'Transfer' heading, no longer exist in the Options. I still see the 'file exist rule' logic expressed in the in the queue thread log of a worker that has found an existing file.

Has the File Exist Rule editor moved? Is it defunct now? Just always have had the retry 'valid' timer maxed out and was confused when it disappeared. I didn't see anything about this listed on the 2.5 feature/bug sticky or in the changelog...

Noticed this with newest builds on both XP and Vista in case that question arises.
