Sometimes SmartFTP does not start

I have a strange problem with starting this software. Sometimes, SmartFTP does not run. This happens specially when I have other programs running on my PC. I would have to restart my PC.

Any advise how I can make sure that SmartFTP starts running when I open it.

Maybe sometimes SmartFTP remains on memory and you have choiced allow only 1 session.

I'm having this problem as well, I've tried updating, restarting, everything mentioned in this thread but SmartFTP still will not start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Same, Just came on my computer today to find SmartFTP no longer runs.

Have made no changes to my PC in ages. Tried restarting, re-installing, tried the new version, tried both 32Bit and 64Bit versions (im on Vista 64). Nothing, just shows the splash screen then nothing happens after clicking OK.
