Two days ago I asked a question because an error occours when uploading files useing the queue with the new SmartFTP version. I get the following error:
Append/Restart not permitted, try again
I did never get that error with the old versions of SmartFTP.
I can still upload files manually using drag and drop without any problems. If I upload a file manually using drag and drop (I do not get the the error) and after the file is being uploaded I can use the queue on those files just being updated!
The answer I got last time to solve the problem was to ask the server admin to enable download/upload resume functionality. I have done that and download/upload resume functionality is enabled. I have double checked the settings.
I have also tried different settings ie. passive/active mode but no one helps!
