Problems Uploading

Hi I'm new here and when I tried to upload a file or anything it keeps saying Transfer failed and then this starts showing up NOOP 200 Zzz... then at the bottom under the connections tab it shows Idle under Status, anyone have any ideal why it's doing this, it was working fine the other day but not now. Thanks

Well I have been trying to figure this problem out on my own but not getting anywhere, it looks like the program is sleeping if this is the case how do I wake it up ?? it keeps showing this at the end:
