Speeds

I was wondering why I am getting speeds of average 56KB/s when the machine I am connecting to is within my own network....I remember I was using smartFTP months ago with the same machines and getting alot faster speeds like around 300KB/s at least...

Is there a limit for speed on the free version or must it be my ISP?..

Noone knows?

And my cables should be fast enough I'm pretty sure I have 100mb and 10mb

Hi, i can reach up to 56 MB/s on my gigabit ethernet lan, there is no speed limit for SmartFTP if you use the free version.
