Upload file issue

Problem has returned. See below.

I have had the return of a strange problem. I have a file that I can't delete.

basically it is something on the order of foo.mpg.upload.

I was able to upload foo.mpg separately, but this file called foo.mpg.upload can't be killed.

If I delete it, it keep coming back.

Any ideas of what to do?
