what does mdtm file.name do?

I have many commands listed in my log that I'm not sure of.

what does mdtm file.name do? I can't see in settings where to stop that. It seems to produce error messages as:

MDTM 82reunion.htm
[07:10:38] 213 20020517001113
[07:10:38] No rule matched. Default Action="Ask"

AND

MDTM 20061018120750 82reunion.htm
[07:10:49] 550 20061018120750 82reunion.htm: The system cannot find the file specified.

I'd like to just disable that but I can't see where to do that.

Can anyone help me?
