What does public support mean?Is it named this way so we would only expect answers from other users like ourselves?Or is it just to separate the paying and non paying members,hoping that the non paying members won't ask questions on the premium forum?Just curious.

We're not "hoping" non-paying members won't ask questions on the premium forum, they're simply not allowed to do so. If a non-paying member does so without buying a license and providing his license key, the topic will be closed.

Before you ask why your threads in the public forums where closeed then, think about it. You're either asking the wrong questions in the wrong place, or questions that have been answered or and over again (search the forum!).
