DISREGARD THIS POST FIGURED IT OUT JUST DO A SERVER TO SERVER CONNECTION/TRANSFER
Hello, I have about 50 folders with about 300 webpages in each. I have already uploaded all 40 folders ti my hosting account the thing is, they are in the wrong directory.
I put them in the root, when I actually need them in the subdirectory
Right now I have
/
Folder1
Folder2
Folder3
Folder4
www.site.com/Folder1
I need
/
/Site
/Site/Folder1
/Site/Folder2
/Site/Folder3
/Site/Folder4
www.site.com/Site/Folder1
How can I move folders (and files) from one directory to another?

Is there anyway I can compress my site files into a .rar, .zip, or .tar.gz? It is alot to download :/ But I can ive with it, it's tthe first question I need the most.
