Switch to?

I've just started using SmartFTP, just got it.
When I type in all the information and click the green go arrow, an error warning comes up, telling me:

The action cannot be completed because the other
program is busy. Choose 'switch to' to activate the
busy program or correct the problem.

Then there are buttons saying 'Switch To' and 'Retry'.

I've clicked switch to, but it just opens the start menu.

Somebody help please.

I am also getting this message and it is jacking me off. I don't know what to do about it, and SmartFTP seem to have no answer for it.
Any advice or solution would be greatly appreciated.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I am a long time SmartFTP version and have only experienced this when starting to use SmartFTP v.2.0 on XP Pro SP2.

I just installed version 2.01 and it fixed the problem!
