files not uploading

I have been trying to upload files which I have done successfully many times and now they are transferring but not showing up. I recently posted a message and now it isn't there....not sure what is happening. Here is the log:

Sorry about the double post! After I posted it, it disappeared so I thought it was lost - Didn't do it on purpose.....I never had to post to support.

As far as the licensing, I am using this ftp service for a non-profit organization and they do not have a license key. SO, I guess I get no help. I'll have to figure it out alone.

I looked at my proxy settings and I have nothing selected. What else do I need to do or change?

Hi, the proxy on SmartFTP settings don't has nothing to do with a transparent proxy, a transparent proxy may show you a outdated webpage on your browser, try cleaning your browser cache and press control+f5 key on your browser to see if you can see the correct page, if no, maybe you have uploaded the file to a incorrect folder.

Thanks, I have done all that and still no luck. I have uploaded it to all the folders I can think of to try to get it to work. It shows uploaded when I view it in the ftp, but not on the site. Any idea how often browser servers refresh? I even have it in the site tagged so that it should refresh every time the page loads???? Any other ideas?
