I need help with the SmartFTP

I uploaded a php chat program and was wondering if and how I can use the SmartFTP program to install it and if so how I would do it and if now would anyone know how I would install it. It has a file called install.php and I was told to use that with the server path but I don't know how that works. I know my server path is /home/sites/klearview.co.uk/public_html but I don't know what to do with that and how to do it. PLEASE HELP

Hi, the path must be somewhere at http://klearview.co.uk/<insert path to file here>/install.php if the hosting is a linux server you must give the correct permisions (read install information to know what they are)
