Connecting Problem - Please Help!

Hi, never before have I had problems with SmartFTP and now im suddenly getting this..
PLEASE HELP!!

So its just a matter of time until its up again?

so its not our fault, ... mine and 'S-Barker' its the smartftp servers fault?????????????

can u or others give us a estimate of how long till its back up??? thanks!

Please purchase a license. Technical support is not free.
Also its obvious that the problem is not with the "SmartFTP server".
