Only able to see 1998 objects (files) in FTP window

Hello - I have more than 1,998 files (objects) on my server and need to see them all to delete some of the files. Problem is I can only see a maximum of 1,998.

The log shows that output is "Truncated to 2000 files".

Any ideas on how I can see all of the files? Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Server issue, because server configuration you only can show 2000 files on a directory (. and .. counts and because that you see 1998), make subdirectories and move some files there as workarround.
