Where is the help file?

I just installed version 2.0.993 using NSI installer, Windows2K. There is no .chm file in the install dir and the Help menu item, F1, etc. do nothing.

(I thought maybe its a separate download but that seems unlikely.)

Please let me know.

Hi, there is not offline help, the only help is online tutorials based.
