Copy URL problem

I have upgraded to version 2.0. I used to be able to right click on a file > copy url >HTTP. It used to save it to clipboard so I could paste it into my browser window. Now it doesn't do anything, it won't copy to clipboard at all. If I do copy url > FTP that works. I have looked at all my settings but can't find anything relevent.

Hi, what exact build are you using of 2.0.993? for me with 2.0.993.16 works fine.

I just downloaded the last version and have exactly the same problem. Also, the F1 Help won't show. Anybody has an idea of what the problem could be?
