Tried the following, but to no avail.

No files/folder(s) are being being displayed
The following procedure will more than likely resolve this problem.
1. Navigate to Tools > Settings > Transfer.
2. Under the "Directory Listing Options" section, uncheck all boxes.
3. Click the "OK" button to save the changes.
I need to remove some files, but I am not able to. Obviously because I cannot see them on my ftp.
I have attempted the above multiple times, but nothing. Any response is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
