Automatic FTP Login When Opening Program?

I just upgraded to 1.5.991. Everything works okay but when I start up my program, it now automatically logs into the the last opened FTP connection and it never did that before. How can I prevent it from doing this in the future? I can't seem to find a setting for it in the settings page.

Settings->Interface at bottom you see a Workspace section.
