ftp connection problem URGENT HELPED REQUESTED

Hello All,

I have just downloaded the smartftp so that I can ftp to my site.

Can you help me I have enetered the ftp server name and the Login and Password and I KEEP GETTING THE FOLLOWING ERROR:

" Failed to create sfFTPLib::FTPConnection. hr=80040154"

Please give detailed instruction, as I am new to SMARTFTP.

PLEASE ASSIT URGENTLY...
