I seemed to log in all fine. However the concept of ftp is all beyond me!

I want to put my html already designed page on there


HOW DO I DO THAT

all the files are here on my desktop (screenshot)



These are the files I want to put online to www.kwex.co.uk . The html very important!



I would like a very easy step by step guide of how to use ftp for me, those who help me will be rewarded with a free pass to my site when once done, i am that serious.

I'm right with you matt the cool. It's only aprx. 3 steps and I don't get it. Okay you upoad the file off of your computer, fine, then what. I see the instruction but I just don't understand what each window is for how does it get from all these windows to your website.

well ive got it working now so thanks alot man
