Hi,
I am very new to and don't know anything about ftp but
My web-hosting service offers ftp uploads with an ftp client so I downloaded Smart FTP I put everything in like I was supposed to and I keep getting this error whether I use my IP or my domain.com. I configured ZoneAlarm shut down Norton Personal firewall. Done everything the help link suggested. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or if I need another program to go with this one?
