Problem

Server busy
This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "switch to" to activate the busy program to correct the problem.

Solutions

Cause 1

The problem happens when a file is selected in the Local Browser.

Solution

Close the Preview window in the Local Browser.

Cause 2

The problem happens randomly or right after SmartFTP is started.
