Problem

Server busy
This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "switch to" to activate the busy program to correct the problem.

Solution

• Open the registry editor (regedit.exe)
• Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SmartFTP
• Delete this whole key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SmartFTP).
