Clearing the Transfer Queue w/out SFTP open?

Is there a way to clear the transfer queue without SmartFTP running? I mistakenly added several hundred files to the queue, and now, whenever I open sftp, it immediately crashes before I can do anything.

Yes. Delete the Transfer Queue.xml file in the %appdata%\SmartFTP\Client 2.0\ folder.
