synergion New member a Dummy not a pro

Two questions
1 host Provided File to upload into,when i uploaded some and by mistske uploaded again i got a file exists message
but can not see it in the Server Pane.
2 i have a stuck file in tranfer que an saved the log but do not know how to post it. help please and be gentle
