Can't download smartftp

I have made a dozen attempts over several days to download all the .exe files; they never make it past 64.2Kb, usually less. Sometimes the file opened is different from what the link says.
SmartFTP.exe hangs up immediately.
The quick link to SFTPfull.exe works up to 122Kb but it's downloads SFTPMSI.exe

Try to download it ussing the ftp instead webpage.
