Files in sub-folders showing at top level

Since installing the latest update (1.0.979.7) I am seeing ALL files in the top-level folder, and every other one in the hierarchy down to the one they are actually in. In other words, every folder is showing the files in it and also in any sub-folders. If I try to View or Transfer them, though, it says "The system cannot find the file specified".

Try updating to 1.0.980.1 before reporting a bug report.

OK, I've installed 1.0.980.1 - and it's just the same.

Now what?

Send the log of your FTP session and please read the "Readme" from this forum.

Thank you! Your asking me to send the session log made me look at the commands being issued, and I realised it was doing its list recursively. All I had to do then was find that setting and turn it off.

Thanks for the (accidental) help.
