I'm quite new to the FTP and domain world.
I'm trying to make a default page index.html. I tried to replace the HTML in the file that already exsits but it denies it. I think I read on here you have to delete it and make another index.html. When I do it's not an internet file. It's just an ordinary folder. How do I make a folder with the Internet Explorer symbol on the left side of it? Also, with pictures where do I load them? I have looked for this problem and I can't find a solution to it.
