Unknown error

I get an unknow error when I try to connect to a server.

Resolving host name hostedsites.ravenfiles.com...

Unknown error.
Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...


NOTE: I stared out the ip (dunno why:D )

Any helpful help would be greatly appreciated.
