When i take a file (image) from the Local Browser to the Website Server and drop the file on the folder or whatever. Does that mean it will automaticlay show up on the site.

If its uploaded then its on the server...you will know that if you see the filename in the right pane... if it shows up is another issue...will depend on if all the page code is correct ... filename , ext , path etc ..

thanks for the help on the referral to "support how to" as I was stumped on how to upload so I went there and printed out all the text items. I am new at this.
