- but nothing shown in the file list window. Seems to be so close to working ... any thoughts would be appreciated !
Thanks, Chris

What build you have of smartftp? you need at last 1.0.976.10 to have PSOSYSTEM support.

I was on an earlier version so have installed the developer copy on top - which shows v1.0.977.0 Still no luck, however I've discovered that if I right-click on the folder and select 'show raw listing' I get the filenames.
Suggestions welcome!
Chris

I have the same problem. When I log into my server no files are shown. However, right-clicking the folder and choosing Show Raw Listing only gets me:
usage: ls [-1ACFRTacdfloqrstu] [file]
The server is running Mac OS X Server 10.2, and I have no problem seeing the files with any other FTP client. I have also tried logging into another server running Mac OS X Server 10.2. Same problem.

Please respond urgently.
