I have a new message board and I can't find it on SmartFTP.
I contacted Netfirms and their reply was to log in with my normal address and password then....
"Once you have connected, access the yabbse folder using the Remote Window. Once in the directory you should see the index.php. Download the file, make the necessary changes, and re-upload the file."
Can someone please tell me what the Remote Window is please?
I'd also appreciate any advice on downlaoding the file, making necessary changes and re-uploading it again if anyone can help, though once I find the remote window it might make more sense to me.
