its my first time using SmartFTP i havnt got much experiance in FTP
but wat is my address and how do i get my username and password and wat is my port
plz help

You have to talk to the administrator of the server you are trying to connect to, so that s/he can supply you with a user account, and give you the credentials (username and password) to connect to server and upload files to your account space on the server.

The port is 21 (default FTP port). Don't worry about that, it will automatically be entered for you when you quick-connect.
