Password

I have talked to support who hosts my website and am putting in the right address username and password but i get this

220 Unauthorized Accsess Is Prohibited.
USER anyuser
331 User name okay, need password.
PASS (hidden)
530 Not logged in.
Cannot login waiting to retry (30s).

i really doubt that "anyuser" is your correct login name. you should really check your settings again unless you just replaced your real login name with "anyuser" in the listing above for security reasons.
btw: message 331 does not necessarily mean that the user name really exists. it just means your try to submit a user name was successfull.
