Before I ask this question I just want everyone to know that I have searched this forum and the support site for the answer. Either my question hasn't been asked or I am just incapable of finding it.
Ok, I have 1000+ files to upload to my server. By default, directories are set to chmod 775 and files at 664. I need to set these to 777 and 666. I can highlight groups at a time to chmod them but this will still take forever (1000+ files and 500+ directories). Is there anyway to change the default settings so I don't have to do this?
