hi
just recently began using SmartFTP...
the first time i dl'ed it it worked fine, and i was able to connect to server
however, when i tried it again the next day, i got this message upon connecting:
Resolving host name eddietsai.com...
Connecting to (eddietsai.com).
Connection timeout. No response from server.
Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
Continue to login attempt 2...
and so on....
the server is not down <at least, i don't think it is>
i asked a friend to check with her comp <i don't know if she's using SMartFTP> and it works, so i'm assuming the problems lies somewhere with SFTP..
any help will be appreciated thanks
