Hi - I am a private user and get the following error message:
[10:38:32] 331 User aarskov OK. Password required
[10:38:32] PASS (hidden)
[10:38:32] 530 Login authentication failed
[10:38:32] Active Help: https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/51
[10:38:32] Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)
I do not know what password there is referred to - I hope somebody ca help
